Cheniere

Cheniere Energy, Inc. is based in Houston, Texas, with offices in Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, and Paris, France. Cheniere is developing a platform of three, 100%-owned, onshore liquefied natural gas, or LNG, receiving terminals along the U.S. Gulf Coast. The three terminals will have an aggregate send-out capacity of 9.9 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day. Cheniere plans to leverage its terminal platform by pursuing related LNG business opportunities both upstream and downstream of the terminals.

Sempra Energy

Sempra LNG develops, builds and operates liquefied natural gas receipt terminals in North America, and has three projects underway. Energía Costa Azul, under construction just north of Ensenada in Baja California, Mexico, will process 1 Bcf per day of natural gas, when it begins commercial operation in early 2008. Cameron LNG, under construction near Lake Charles, Louisiana, will process 1.5 Bcf per day of natural gas, when it is completed in late 2008. Port Arthur LNG is a project planned for the Port Arthur Ship Canal in Texas that will deliver 1.5 – 3.0 Bcf per day of natural gas.

rasgas

RasGas Company Limited acts as the operating company for the other RasGas affiliates which own and operate the gas production trains. The company’s affiliates are Ras Laffan Natural Company Limited (RL) (1993), Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Company (II) (2001) and Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (3) (2005). RasGas produces LNG and other related hydrocarbon products from Qatar’s huge offshore North Field (900 trillion cubic feet).

Freeport-McMoRan Energy LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of McMoRan Exploration Co. (NYSE: MMR) received MARAD approval in January 2007 for its Main Pass Energy Hub™, a proposed offshore LNG terminal in the Gulf of Mexico. Kitimat LNG

Kitimat LNG’s regasification terminal is uniquely positioned on the west coast of Canada. Located on a natural deep water port, the terminal can receive the QMAX ships 365 days per year and will have a send-out capacity of 1 bcf/day. Providing access to existing pipelines the Kitimat location is a superior entry point on the west coast of North America. LNG supply entering the Kitimat terminal will supplement Western Canada’s sharply declining natural gas supply, along with accessing the largest growth market in North America – the Canadian Oil sands. TORP

TORP Technology owns the HiLoad LNG Regas Technology. TORP filed a Deepwater Port Application with the USCG in 2006 to construct, install and operate the Bienville Offshore Energy Terminal, a LNG receiving and regasification terminal in the Gulf of Mexico.
